Performed a forensic study of project schedule to assess project not meeting required schedule. Upon completion of the assessment, PCM took over the project schedule until the project was completed. The project consisted of the construction of a new 13,000 sq. ft. company operations facility. The new facility houses administration offices, conference room, readiness module with arms storage in lockers, concrete vaults, and a hardstand module, a hard surface that allows vehicles to utilize the space as well as a staging area.
