Construction Cost Estimate for bidding contractor of replacement of historical roofs at three different buildings. The project consisted of wood shake roofing with lead coated copper, flat seam roofing, built in gutters, restoration of the cupolas, weather vanes and lead paint removal. Repointing top 5 courses of chimneys was included in the project scope.
