Multiple estimates of renovation work for Construction Manager at different areas of complex including work at the historic 1903 Courthouse which encompassed new five and sixteen story stairwell enclosures as well as work at the existing stairwell enclosures inclusive of new partitions & finishes, Fireproofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler and Electrical Upgrades and Asbestos Abatement. Estimates in this area were evaluated for work performed on first, second and third shifts due to an open and operational facility.
Additional work was at an existing parking garage with installations of three new, four and seven stop elevators and associated work, and renovations of a 4,925 sq. ft. building into a new Chancery Court Annex was estimated. An additional 22,750sf area of renovations was estimated for a woman’s detention area, new kitchen facilities and new shower and bathrooms.
