CPM Scheduler, Shelby Sarnowski, provided Forensic Scheduling Analysis services for a general contractor in dispute with the Government over time impacts at the Fort Wainwright USACE Alaska District. PCM was engaged to perform various Forensic Analyses and produce Time Impact Analysis which helped secure over $700,000 due to the contractor during negotiations. PCM provided 01 45 00.10 10 Contractors Quality Control Report Daily Log of Construction documents, Submittal Register, Initial Project Schedule, Schedule updates, and Daily Correspondence from the project. With this documentation, PCM could pinpoint numerous Excusable and Compensable delays caused by the Government. In addition to the monetary settlement, PCM's efforts helped reverse the negative Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) rating on the project.
