Meeting the USACE Construction Scheduling Specifications at the Fort Polk District
USACE scheduling specification standards can be difficult and tricky to meet for any well-qualified contractor. PCM Company has spent 15 years learning the intricate requirements for meeting these standards and efficiently creating P6 XER schedules and associated SDEF files that keep our clients paid in a timely manner. Recently, PCM was contacted by a contractor working in the Fort Polk USACE district that was struggling to get their converted SDEF file uploaded and accepted in the government's RMS system. The contractor had been attempting for over a month, and with this piece tied directly to billing they decided it was time to reach out to an outside source. Lindsey Dumais was able to edit their existing P6 files and convert it to the SDEF files to meet the specification requirements in less than a day, allowing the contractor to finally submit their first project invoice.
