PCM provided detailed conceptual estimates for twenty buildings on the Maine Correctional Center campus in Windham, ME.  The design included a mixture of renovations and new buildings for the housing, medical clinics, visitation, reception, administration, warehouse and other areas of the facility.  There was a total of 457,000 sq. ft. of the facility that was evaluated and priced during the study.
