Cost estimating services provided at the schematic, and design development levels for the new Maine Veterans’ Home Campus in Augusta, ME. The facility will include 138 beds for long term and short term rehabilitation / skilled care. Additionally, the campus will feature an outpatient therapy suite, adult and child daycare and wellness center. The programming for this project meets the community living center VA guidelines and incorporates small house concept which offers a model that is adapted to the needs of aging veterans. The houses would connect to a community center with various amenities.
