PCM Company is seeking a seasoned Construction Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project scheduling to support the project team in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of construction projects across a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Transportation, Government, and more. You will collaborate closely with the firm's principals/owners, estimators, assistant estimators, and support staff. Additionally, you will work directly with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to prepare, present, and discuss detailed project schedules and manage all ongoing scheduling requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires leveraging knowledge of construction processes to provide comprehensive project schedules.

    • Develop and maintain master project schedules, incorporating all activities, milestones, and dependencies

    • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to gather input and update schedules

    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to minimize delays and maintain timelines

    • Identify and communicate potential scheduling conflicts or issues and provide recommended solutions

    • Prepare and present regular progress reports, schedule updates, and forecasts to management and clients

    • Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project

    • Experience and knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and labor to create precise and comprehensive schedules

    • Able to assemble detailed and accurate project schedules with varying levels of information

    • Experience working on U.S. Army Corp. (USACE) and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAQ) projects.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft Project

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to effectively interface with clients

    • Work effectively as an individual and as an integral part of a team
